Uzbekistan Gazettes Decree Clarifying Penalties for Business Entities

The Uzbek Official Gazette Sept. 8 published Decree No. UP-6307, clarifying penalties for business entities. The decree includes measures: 1) canceling penalties for late tax filing; 2) removing financial sanctions for offenses identified during tax audits; and 3) providing income tax calculation procedures.
