Utah Tax Commission Announces New Sales Tax Locations in Spring Lake, Ogden Valley

The Utah State Tax Commission announced that effective Jan. 1, 2026, two new sales tax locations will be created in Spring Lake and Ogden Valley. All other sales tax outlets within these boundaries will be closed and reopened with the new location codes, requiring businesses to obtain new outlet numbers and sales tax licenses.
