UK to Continue Uprating to Alcohol, Tobacco Duties, Reeves Says

UK to continue with the planned uprating for tobacco duties set out last year and uprate alcohol duties by inflation, Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves says in the budget statement.

• To also continue with plans to introduce a vaping products duty in 2026 and changes to the soft drinks industry levy announced by the Health Secretary
