The UK’s FRC announces that it has started an investigation on the statutory audit by PwC of WH Smith for the financial year ended Aug. 31 2024, according to a statement.
- Decision was made at a meeting of the FRC’s Conduct Committee on April 21
- Investigation will be conducted by the FRC’s Enforcement Division under the Audit Enforcement Procedure
