Tiger Global Loses Flipkart Tax Case in India Top Court

India’s Supreme Court has ruled against Tiger Global in a case related to the tax liability arising from sale of stake in online retailer Flipkart.

  • Tiger Global had claimed tax exemption on the Flipkart stake sold by its Mauritius unit to Walmart in 2018
