Eswatini, Jordan, and Vietnam need to improve their legal frameworks to better align with global standards on tax transparency and information sharing, according to peer reviews released Monday.
Peer countries within the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development found the three countries need to improve their availability of ownership and identity information for tax purposes, among other priorities.
