Sweden Gazettes Regulation Updating Lists of Participating, Reportable Jurisdictions for AEOI on Financial Accounts

The Swedish Official Gazette Sept. 2 published Regulation No. SFS 2025:846, updating the lists of participating and reportable jurisdictions for the automatic exchange of financial account information (AEOI). The updated list of participating jurisdictions includes Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. The updated list of reportable jurisdictions removes Antigua and Barbuda from the list and includes Belize, Georgia, Moldova, and Ukraine. The regulation enters into force Sept. 15.
