Soltec Power Holdings said Executive Chairman Raul Morales Torres resigned, citing discrepancies raised earlier by auditor Ernst & Young.

• Marcos Saez Nicolas was named non-executive chairman
• Mariano Berges del Estal will be sole CEO; he had held the position jointly with the former executive chairman
