Singapore will provide a one-off property tax rebate for owner-occupied HDB flats and private residential properties next year, according to a statement.
- Rebate of 15% for owner-occupied HDB flats, and 10%, capped at S$500, for owner-occupied private residential properties
- Owner-occupiers living in three-room and larger HDB flats will see an average property tax increase of S$2 to S$3 per month, after the property tax rebate
- All one- and two-room HDB owner-occupiers will continue to pay no property tax
