Russia will increase the corporate income tax rate from 20% to 25% from 2025 to help shore up finances hit by the war in Ukraine.
The rate hike was reported earlier this year as part of a package of measures under consideration.
Companies with licenses for use of subsoil plots will be taxed at 20% from Jan. 1 2025, the tax authority said in a statement Monday.
- Income of non-resident foreign organizations will be taxed at 25% starting next year, rising from 20% previously.
