Christopher Roman joined Ropes & Gray in its global tax practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Roman advises funds and real estate investors on complex tax matters, the firm said.
He also counsels clients on the tax and legal aspects of alternative investment funds, real estate and venture capital transactions and has experience in real estate investment trusts, Ropes & Gray said.
