Florida DOR Proposes Amendments to Tax Computation, Mitigation Fee Rules

The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to Rule Chapter 12B-7 regarding the computation of tax, mitigation fee, and public use form. The proposed changes aim to update obsolete provisions, remove unnecessary language, and revise instructions for obtaining forms from the Department.
