The Florida Department of Revenue (DOR) proposed amendments to the rules regarding certain tax reporting forms. The proposal removes an unnecessary definition of “department” from Rule 12B-6.001 and updates information in Rules 12B-6.005 and 12B-6.0051 on how to obtain copies of forms from the DOR.
