Tax officials from developing countries said Friday that United Nations tax reform efforts could help them meet targets under a global financial development plan.
The Seville Commitment—a 2025 framework shepherded by the UN to encourage development through financial reforms—calls on nations to expand taxation as a way to develop their economies.
