The Curacao Ministry of Finance Nov. 4 announced the Dec. 1 deadline for entrepreneurs and legal entities to electronically file 2024 corporate income tax returns. The announcement includes that: 1) returns must be filed through the MOF’s online portal using an active account or valid online authorization; and 2) failures to file timely may result in a tax assessment and fine.
