Bulgaria is seeking feedback on a major update to its transfer pricing standards as part of its pursuit of membership in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development.
The proposal seeks to strengthen the country’s tax framework by “introducing clearer and more detailed standards for conducting transfer pricing analysis” in full alignment with the latest OECD guidelines, according to its explanatory memorandum.
A public consultation, launched Oct. 3, runs through Oct. 23.
