Brazil’s Refit Denies Tax Evasion, Says All Taxes Duly Declared

Tax debts identified by the Sao Paulo State Treasury Department, which served as the basis for Operation Poço de Lobato, are being challenged in court by the company, Refit said in a statement sent to Bloomberg.
