Bosnia and Herzegovina Srpska Gazettes Laws Amending Social Security, Individual Income Tax Laws

The Bosnian-Herzegovinian Republika Srpska Official Gazette Dec. 29, 2021, published Law Nos. 2237 and 2238, amending the social security and individual income tax provisions. The laws include measures: 1) increasing the individual income tax rate to 13 percent from 10 percent; and 2) increasing the basic annual individual income tax deduction threshold to 12,000 Bosnian convertible marks (US$7,005) from 8,400 convertible marks (US$4,903).
