Unions Lose Early Court Bid to Block DOGE From DOL Data (1)

The AFL-CIO and other unions failed to convince a federal judge to temporarily halt the Department of Government Efficiency from moving forward with plans to access computer systems and data at the US Department of Labor.

Judge John D. Bates of the US District Court for the District of Columbia denied a temporary restraining order request Friday, finding that the labor groups failed to show they would be harmed by the disclosures and therefore lacked standing.
