Trump’s Greenland Envoy to Brief President on Visit This Week

Donald Trump’s special envoy to Greenland said he’s on the island on an information-gathering trip and plans to brief the US president later this week on potential business opportunities in the territory.

In an interview with Bloomberg News, Jeff Landry said he will meet with Trump on Thursday to present his assessment after spending several days in Nuuk “looking around, visiting places, talking to people, visiting business owners.”
