Trump Tells GOP to Show Flexibility on Anti-Abortion Provision

President Donald Trump told House Republicans they need to “be flexible” when it comes to the Hyde Amendment, a long-standing red line for many anti-abortion Republicans.

Trump addressed House Republicans on Tuesday at the Kennedy Center in Washington as part of their member retreat. When speaking about health care, Trump told Republicans they must be willing to work out a compromise if they want to take health care as an issue away from Democrats.
