Spain Shuts Airspace to US Flights Involved in Iran Offensive

Spain closed its airspace to American flights involved in its military operation in Iran, expanding an effort to distance itself from the conflict.

“This decision forms part of the stance already taken by the Spanish government not to participate in or contribute to a war initiated unilaterally and in violation of international law,” Economy Minister Carlos Cuerpo said in an interview with Cadena SER.
