Maryland’s Democratic House of Delegates passed a new congressional map to oust the state’s only Republican in Congress and sent it to the state Senate, where that chamber’s top-ranking member opposes it.
The House on Monday voted 99-37 for the map proposal, which favors Democrats in all eight House districts and overhauls the constituency of Rep.
