Judge Freezes Trump Executive Order Targeting Jenner & Block

A DC federal judge on Friday temporarily barred the Trump administration from enforcing an executive order targeting law firm Jenner & Block.

The ruling halts most of President Donald Trump’s March 25 order, which directed agencies to restrict firm employees from accessing US buildings and terminate government contracts with Jenner clients. The firm did not seek a temporary restraining order against another section of the order that strips lawyers’ security clearances.
