Indiana Gov. Mike Braun said a revision of the state’s congressional map by the Republican-controlled legislature “probably will happen.”
“We’re going to poll our legislators, and if it’s there, we’re going to do it,” Braun (R) told reporters Tuesday, according to WISH-TV. He could call for a special session for as soon as November. “I think we’ll get there,” the governor said.
Indiana, which President Donald Trump carried by 19 percentage points in the 2024 election, has seven Republicans and two Democrats in its House delegation.
