Former Attorney General Pam Bondi will no longer appear before the House Oversight Committee on April 14 for a deposition on the Justice Department’s handling of the Jeffrey Epstein files, but she may not be off the hook on testifying.
A panel spokeswoman said in a statement that Bondi will not come to Capitol Hill for her deposition, which was slated for April 14. President Donald Trump removed her as leader of the Department of Justice last week.
