Grindr, the world’s largest social networking and dating platform serving the LGBTQ community, is the latest member to join a coalition of so-called middle tech companies that advocate for preserving legal protections for the industry.
“Joining Internet Works offers us a powerful network of likeminded companies to effectively advocate for policies and regulations that keep people safe while enabling product innovation that serves the unique needs of our community,” Joe Hack, head of global government affairs at Grindr, said in a statement.
