Gabbard Set to Face Scrutiny Over Iran Stance at Threats Hearing

A year ago, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard testified at the Senate’s annual hearing on global threats that Iran wasn’t building a nuclear weapon.

She is to appear before the Senate Intelligence Committee again on Wednesday, this time to explain why the US government has cited Iran’s nuclear ambitions as a main reason for its military campaign that began on Feb. 28.
