Air Traffic Controller Union Boss Says Shutdown ‘Anger’ Growing

More than 10,000 air traffic controllers are reaching their breaking point during the government shutdown after missing a paycheck this week, a top union official said Wednesday.

“They’re filling all the range of emotions right now,” Nick Daniels, president of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, said in an interview. “They’re frustrated. The uncertainty is driving anger.”
