Timeshare Fraud FBI Overview Evidence Properly Admitted at Trial

The admission at the beginning of a timeshare fraud trial of an FBI agent’s testimony concerning why he started an investigation and how he went about it was proper, the Third Circuit said Tuesday.

The district court didn’t err by admitting the overview testimony by Agent John Mesisca, because he testified about his part in the investigation, the opinion by Judge David J. Porter said.
