SCOTUS Won’t Get Involved in Obamacare Birth Control Row Yet (1)

The U.S. Supreme Court won’t weigh in on an issue a group of Catholic nuns said would resolve questions about Obamacare’s birth control coverage mandate once and for all.

The legal tug-of-war is over a federal law protecting religious freedom and whether it compelled the government to adopt rules allowing employers to refuse to pay for their employees’ birth control if it runs against their religious beliefs.
