It didn’t take long for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit to reject a challenge to a Pennsylvania high school’s policy allowing students to use the bathroom that corresponds to their gender identity.
The court recessed for only about half an hour after May 24 oral argument before coming back and ruling against students challenging the policy, Christiana Holcomb, of Alliance Defending Freedom, told Bloomberg Law. ADF represents those challenging the Boyertown Area School District’s policy.
