A judge from conservative-led Idaho highlights President Joe Biden’s first batch of planned judicial nominees for 2023.
Biden on Wednesday nominated Amanda Brailsford to a seat on the US District Court for the District of Idaho in a list that also included three other judicial selections. Biden will likely need to focus more on red-state vacancies in the latter half of his term after nominating mostly to blue states in his first two years.
