A New York think tank won permission to file briefs supporting efforts to undo a Trump Administration rule that may lead to widespread discrimination in health care.
Judge William Alsup June 24 granted New York University Law School’s Institute for Policy & Integrity permission to file friend-of-the-court briefs in cases pending before him in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
