A NY Parole Board commissioner and a prison offender rehabilitation coordinator won’t face a parolee’s First Amendment suit for restricting his access to the Internet as a condition of his release, the Second Circuit said Monday.
Commissioner Ellen Alexander and coordinator Gina Leon are immune from Leroy Peoples’ suit, the opinion by Judge Beth Robinson said.
