Mississippi’s Six-Week Abortion Ban Goes Before Judge May 21

Mississippi’s only abortion clinic is trying to block the state from enforcing a law that bans most abortions after six weeks.

Attorneys for the state and Jackson Women’s Health Organization will appear in front of Judge Carlton W. Reeves, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi, May 21 to argue why the law should or shouldn’t be upheld.
