McKinsey Escapes Claims It Endangered Khashoggi Ally, for Now

McKinsey & Co. escaped claims it jeopardized the safety of a Saudi dissident and his family through a leaked report identifying him as a regime critic, because he hasn’t shown the consulting firm breached a legally recognizable duty toward him, a federal court in New York ruled.

Omar Abdulaziz posted online political commentary criticizing the government of Saudi Arabia’s corruption, foreign policy, governance, and human rights violations. He sought asylum in Canada.
