Kentucky Christian School Wins Return to In-Person Instruction

A Christian school in Danville, Ky., has convinced a federal judge to block the enforcement of Gov. Andy Beshear’s (D) executive order that prohibited in-person teaching at both religious and secular K-12 schools during the coronavirus pandemic.

The ruling comes the same week that a split U.S. Supreme Court ruled that New York’s decision to set strict capacity limits for houses of worship during the pandemic also violated the First Amendment.
