Full Federal Circuit Skips Second Look at Adobe Transfer Order

Adobe Inc. will litigate a patent infringement suit in its preferred venue in California rather than Waco, Texas, after the full Federal Circuit declined to reconsider an earlier panel ruling.

A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit said in July that the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California’s convenience outweighs the Western District of Texas’ alleged ability to move the case faster.
