Fighting UPL by Notarios Requires
Good Community Contacts, Panelists Say

Cooperation and collaboration with the immigrant community are essential if state regulators are to be successful in combating harm caused by nonlawyer notarios who pretend to offer lawyer-like services that actually are of little use or cause harm, according to speakers at the second ABA UPL School.

The session took place April 18 in Chicago.
