A former female executive at online dating app Tinder Inc. must arbitrate sexual assault and retaliation claims based on an agreement she signed more than a year after the alleged assault, a federal court in California said.
The agreement, which Rosette Pambakian signed in January 2018, applied retroactively to claims that predated the contract because it used broad language and didn’t contain any time limit, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California said Dec. 20.
