Prosecutors didn’t violate the Federal Rules of Evidence when they used footage from the documentary “Cocaine Cowboys” in the mail fraud trial against one of the subjects of the show, the Eleventh Circuit said.
Michael Munday was previously convicted on drug charges. After he was released from prison, however, he was interviewed for “Cocaine Cowboys,” where he described his exploits using tow trucks to smuggle drugs.
