Arizona, Montana Suit Over Biden Immigration Rules Stays in Ohio

The Biden Administration lost its bid to have a challenge to its new immigration rules transferred to a federal court in Arizona, where a similar case by that state and Montana was heard, in a ruling by a federal district court in Ohio.

The presence of Ohio as the third plaintiff in the suit made venue proper in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, the court said.
