A proposed nationwide class action against the NCAA by student athletes who allege they were sexually abused by a coach while participating in collegiate sports won’t be reinstated after the named plaintiffs Tuesday voluntarily dismissed their appeal to the Seventh Circuit.
The NCAA and named plaintiffs Erin Aldrich, Jessica Johnson, Londa Bevins, and Beata Corcoran filed the stipulation of voluntary dismissal with prejudice in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
