Twitter Seeks Exit From Devin Nunes’s Suit Over ‘Cow’ Trolling

Attorneys for Twitter are urging a Virginia court to toss a $250 million defamation lawsuit brought against the company by a California congressman who doesn’t like being mocked on social media.

Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.) claims in his lawsuit that the San Francisco-based company facilitated defamation against him and censored conservatives and viewpoints with which it disagrees. The lawsuit also targets two accounts (now shuttered @DevinNunesMom as well as @DevinCow) and a political strategist.
