Locast Claims Broadcasters Colluded to Limit Access to Channels

Locast.org fired back in its legal battle with TV broadcasters, alleging media giants are enriching themselves by not making their signals strong enough to reach all consumers and have threatened companies that do business with the video app.

“Plaintiffs have colluded to limit the reasonable public access to the over-the-air signals that they are statutorily required to make available for free,” Locast said in a countersuit filed Friday.
