Kennedy Calls for Delay in C-Band at FCC; Seeks Smaller Payout

Republican Senator John Kennedy calls on Federal Communications Commission to “step back” and give Congress a chance to negotiate lower payment to the satellite providers giving up so-called C-band airwaves.
