Google AdWords Faces Class Action From Advertisers

Google AdWords faces a class action by customers who contend that Google deceived them by charging for ads placed on parked domains and error pages in violation of California’s baby-FTC Act (Pulaski & Middleman, LLC v. Google, Inc., 2015 BL 304463, 9th Cir., 12-16752, 9/21/15).

The Ninth Circuit held on Sept. 21 that the advertisers can pursue their claims as a class, reversing a district court order denying class certification.
