Colorado Drops Out of T-Mobile-Sprint Lawsuit After Settlement

Colorado is dropping out of a state lawsuit seeking to block T-Mobile US Inc.’s takeover of Sprint Corp., a win for the wireless carriers as they head toward a December antitrust trial over the merger.

The state is the second to withdraw from the lawsuit since it was filed in June, but there are still more than a dozen states remaining in the case, including the two leaders: California and New York.
