Zeppelin’s patent protects technology that uses a fluorscent film attached to the surface of a panel of electrodes that is then hit with electrons and emits color for display, according to the complaint filed Thursday in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
The complaint lists five phones made by Asus that allegedly infringe the patent. Zeppelin alleges direct, induced, and contributory infringement, and seeks damages and injunctive relief.
